The Contest Winners!

"The Shape We’re In"

Curator: Arthur Ollman

Arthur Ollman selected 12 winning images, through a rigorous viewing process. Here is his thought provoking theme for this competition:

“This topic is vast in its potential interpretations. One could think in societal, physical, political, or environmental terms. It could be a compositional or conceptual framework. We do not seek a literal illustration of the words, but rather an idea of a broader consideration of the shape we are in.”

With so many compelling submissions. it was tough to choose just 12 images. The curatorial process was totally blind - the identity of each artist was not revealed until after Mr. Ollman made his final selections.

Here are the winners of "The Shape We’re In". We encourage you to click on each image. which will open a dedicated page with a very insightful review written by Arthur Ollman. Enjoy!
